WSNA — one assessment, one language, one plan
Every journey at SRS begins with the WSNA — Weighted Support Need Assessment, developed by Manovikas and grounded in the WHO's ICF framework and international support-intensity science. Instead of asking "what is wrong?", WSNA maps how much support a person needs across 9 areas of life. It works hand-in-hand with all government-recognised assessment tools, translating every finding into one shared language, so your therapist, teacher and family follow one plan — and progress shows as less help needed over time. An active research programme, building on our published SDS-IDD scale, keeps strengthening the instrument.
