MIHE seeks an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist for the SRS OPD — psychological assessment, IQ and developmental testing, counselling and behaviour-management support for persons with IDD and their families.

📋 Responsibilities
Administer and interpret psychological assessments (VSMS, BKT/MISIC, Seguin Form Board, DST, ISAA, CARS, adaptive behaviour scales) and issue reports for disability certification. Conduct developmental and diagnostic screening in the OPD. Deliver individual and family counselling. Design behaviour-management plans and train staff and parents to implement them. Contribute to case conferences with the multidisciplinary team. Maintain confidential case records in the institutional MIS.
🎓 Qualification
M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognised programme, with valid RCI registration (CRR number).
⭐ Experience
1-3 years assessing and supporting persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
