What we collect
When you enquire, apply, donate or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in, and any message you send. For learners, we collect only what is needed to provide care and education, with consent.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, provide services, process donations and issue receipts, and meet our legal and reporting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we store and protect it
Your data is held in our secure management systems with restricted, role-based access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires.
Sharing
We share data only with team members who need it, and with service providers (such as payment and communication tools) that process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond as required under the DPDP Act.
